OUT OF STATE? To Get Started, fill out the feedback form. Also include the type of design you would like to have done, for example; a new modified floor plan, basement, kitchen, bath redesign and or an addition, just ask if I do it. I need to see photo's and the measurements to determine a fee if any. Send me your measurements including poles, I-beams, window size and location, all existing walls and of course ceiling heights and by sending a dozen or more photo's to me as a jpeg file, then I will communicate a fee via Email. Once agreed on, I get to work on the plans keeping you updated on the layout by sending you PDF files in what I'm working on and sending it to your email so I can see if your happy with the plans. Once we are done moving walls and things and I know you are satisfied, I start adding detail such as electrical, plumbing and so on and then I show this to you for you final approval and will I print out the finial on 13X19 paper or email a PDF file to scale along with many 3D color graphic views and they are mailed to you at no extra cost.
Most plans take a week to ten days for delivery. Think of it, this is the best way to get an apples to apples bids and to have it turn out the way it should. All plans are done with great detail explaining all notes clearly so everyone involved understands them.

Then I will email you a PDF preliminary layout like this to verify dimensions.
It's that simple. You will also receive a questionnaire to send back to me and with this information so I may determine an exact design fee that will be sent to you by PayPal. Then I work with you until satisfied or one additional revision. Just ask for references, I have many of out of state clients as I do local customers. Engineering is not included. Changes can be made at no extra charge limited to one revision after you already liked a plan I sent you. An extra charge of 25 cents per foot if more changes are needed than one revision once you told us you liked the plan. For a free design quote fill out our feedback form then email some measurements and we'll let you know what the fee may be.
If you don't have a scanner take your measurements, floppy disk and photos to a place like Kinko's, scan them in and put them on your disk, put the files back on your PC and attach files and email them or you may fax what you can to me. Thanks and I look forward to working with you.
