From concept and thought, to a working basement design, I will strive to design with you an inviting living space, making the best use of that basement space. I'm considered by so many, as one of the best in basement design and construction. I can assure you just with my work shown here that I will not design them to look like a boxed in chopped up basement in any way if possible. All basements are very complicated to design due to duct work, pipes, poles and I have been in building and designed over 1000 basement to date and know what needs to be done. Also, you may notice photos on my site that other basement finishing companies show on there web sites too. This is due to the fact that I have designed for many of the companies in and around Denver over the years. Their sites may have photos of designs I have done. I'm the exclusive designer and estimator now for Beaver Construction and we will bid your local project for construction as well with prices starting from only 20 dollars a foot. Just ask.
Recommendation:
If you're looking for bids, have a design first to get apples to apples pricing. No reputable company can bid a job without a plan as a Home builder can't bid a new house without a plan. Don't trust any contractor willing to write a contract without a detailed plan. A plan should be considered an attachment to the contract and the words " built as per approved plan" should be in the contract. Also, never sign a contract asking for more than 15% up front before the work starts and have the payments made smaller based on performance.

Using the measurements, the photos and your needs, I then put all this into the PC CAD software and study it first. See the 3D graphics page for example.
Considering all that you desire in your new space, the Same Basement above, when designed, will be framed AS PER PLAN like this.
Now notice that the poles holding the I - beam is now the center of two archways and the stairway is open and the door is removed along with the old walls.
You might agree; the photo below does not look like A Basement. When professionally space planned and designed, you can expect it to look like this and more. I have over 80,000 hours on the CAD software I use and almost anything is possible. Just ask.
